The short version: SpinPicker's tools are free to use, provided as is, and you are responsible for how you use the results.

Using SpinPicker

SpinPicker provides free, browser-based tools for random picks and decisions: a spinner wheel, random name picker, team generator, number generator, dice roller, coin flip, and yes or no decider. You may use these tools for personal, educational, or commercial purposes, including embedding the wheel on your own site as described on the how to embed guide.

No account needed

You do not need to sign up or provide personal information to use any tool. If you choose to reach out through the contact page, see our Privacy Policy for how that information is handled.

Fairness and randomness

Each tool aims to give every option or entry an equal chance using your browser's random number generator. We believe the results are fair for everyday use like classrooms, giveaways, and games, but SpinPicker is not built or certified for regulated gambling, lotteries, or other high stakes uses, and you should not rely on it for those purposes.

Acceptable use

Please don't use SpinPicker to break the law, to harass anyone, or to try to disrupt or reverse engineer the site. Embeds should keep the visible credit link intact, as noted on the how to embed guide.

No warranty

SpinPicker is provided "as is" and "as available," with no warranty of any kind. We work to keep it fast and accurate, but we cannot guarantee the site will always be available, error free, or uninterrupted.

Third-party ads and links

SpinPicker may show ads from third-party advertising partners and may link to other websites, including other tools we build. We don't control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, ads, or practices. Our Privacy Policy explains how advertising cookies work when ads are enabled.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpinPicker and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on any result it produces.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as SpinPicker changes. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
