There are 7 slices, all the same size, so a given slice wins one spin with probability 1 ÷ 7 = 14.3%. Every spin is independent of the one before it, which means no result is ever due: after ten spins without a particular slice, the chance on the eleventh is still 14.3%.
Across several spins the maths follows the complement rule. The chance of a given slice coming up at least oncein ten spins is 1 − (1 − 1/7)10 = 78.6%. Edit the entry list and every figure here recomputes, because they are derived from the wheel rather than written down beside it.

Can I remove weekends so it only lands on workdays?
Yes, delete Saturday and Sunday in the entry box and the wheel will choose only among the five weekdays, each then with a 1 in 5 chance.
